Job Description

Design conversion-first websites for HVAC, plumbing, and home-service companies — sites built to book jobs, not win design awards (though winning both is encouraged). You’ll own projects end-to-end and see your work drive measurable results for the businesses that run on it.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship client websites end-to-end: wireframe, visual design, and launch QA.

• Build pages that convert — clear hierarchy, fast loads, mobile-first for homeowners in a hurry.

• Work with our SEO team so design and rankings pull in the same direction.

• Maintain and evolve client brands across landing pages, service pages, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing marketing websites or landing pages (portfolio required).

• Fluency in modern web design tools and an eye for conversion-focused layout.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS — you design things that can actually be built.

• Comfortable managing multiple client projects and deadlines at once.
