Job Description

Run social for trades businesses that have real stories to tell — job-site wins, before-and-afters, and crews customers actually trust. You’ll own the voice of a portfolio of clients and turn everyday work into content that books calls.

Responsibilities

  • Own content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business profiles for a portfolio of clients.

  • Turn job-site photos and reviews into content that books calls.

  • Manage community engagement and reputation — replies, reviews, and DMs.

  • Report on what moved the needle in numbers owners care about.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social accounts for brands or clients (agency experience a plus).

  • Strong copy instincts — direct, human, zero buzzword soup.

  • Basic photo/video editing chops for short-form content.

  • Organized enough to juggle a dozen client calendars without dropping one.
