Job Description
Be the voice our clients hear first. Contractors are busy people — they need answers fast, straight, and from someone who knows their account. You’ll keep clients confident that someone is on it, because you will be.
Responsibilities
Field client calls and emails, resolve issues, and route requests to the right team.
Onboard new clients and keep them in the loop during launches.
Track requests to resolution — nothing falls through the cracks.
Spot at-risk accounts early and flag them before they churn.
Requirements
1+ years in customer service, account support, or a client-facing role.
Clear, friendly written and phone communication.
Comfortable with CRMs and ticketing tools (or quick to learn them).
Calm under pressure — busy contractors appreciate steady answers.
