Job Description

Be the voice our clients hear first. Contractors are busy people — they need answers fast, straight, and from someone who knows their account. You’ll keep clients confident that someone is on it, because you will be.

Responsibilities

  • Field client calls and emails, resolve issues, and route requests to the right team.

  • Onboard new clients and keep them in the loop during launches.

  • Track requests to resolution — nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Spot at-risk accounts early and flag them before they churn.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in customer service, account support, or a client-facing role.

  • Clear, friendly written and phone communication.

  • Comfortable with CRMs and ticketing tools (or quick to learn them).

  • Calm under pressure — busy contractors appreciate steady answers.
